Every Thursday7.45am start - Approx 1 hour duration Outside of TattslottoJoin our FREE walking group for some gentle exercise around Rosebud Plaza guided by an instructor. Enjoy a light 10 minute stretch to warm up the body followed by a walk throughout the centre, walking from one side of the centre to the other and back again before finishing with some Tai Chi.
Don’t forget to chat along the way and make some new friends within the community. There aren’t any costs or bookings required, come along and join in on the fun!
